Saftey Guidelines
We are super excited to open even if it’s under some strict guidelines, our hope is that the governor allows more people per class very soon. Please read the guidelines and procedures below of how things will work when you come to class.

- Your coach will let you in the gym - please wait outside until the coach opens up the door for your time slot. Don't enter the gym while the previous session is taking place. If you want to go for a run etc. to warm up that's fine.
- All people coming into the gym will have a temperature and symptom check at the front desk to make sure you're not coming in while potentially sick.
- As you enter and exit the gym, wear a mask (not to workout in) and go straight back to the sink to wash your hands.Â
- Please limit the equipment you bring into the gym, so just bring shoes, knee sleeves, grips, etc that you need for that session and leave everything else in your car.
- Please bring bottled water, the water fountains will be closed for public use.Â
- Please bring a clean towel to clean all your equipment.
- You will have your own workout space, distanced from others in your session. Please stay in this area for the duration of your session. We will have all the equipment laid out in your space that you need for the day.
- At the end of your session, please wipe down your equipment with the cleaning supplies in your space. You will use soap and water and then sanitize everything.Â
- Face masks are not required to workout but need to be worn entering and exiting the building. We'd ask you to be vigilant of others and give them their space - if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask then that's fine.
- The coaches have to wear a mask so bear with them if they need to take it off or pull it down for a minute. Coaching in a mask for 5-6 hours is not fun and very hard on the vocal cords.Â
- Classes will run for 45 min with 10 minutes to clean.
- Wash your hands before you leave the building.Â
