15 Deck Squats jump to 6″ target
100ft SB Pick up and Carry 150/100
20 Pushups w/ alternating knee tucks
*50ft Forward-50ft Reverse on rubber floor
*SB- Pick up and carry -drop every 25ft- repeat for 100ft total
