What is GPP anyways??
With the recent survey that was sent out and after the feedback we got. There might be some questions as to why we program GPP work. GPP is the base to increasing your fitness to a higher level. It might not be “sexy” but it raises your work capacity, builds lagging muscles groups and helps keep the body healthy. All of which we’re obviously in favor of.
