Barbell Warm Up:

Power Snatch + OHS + Hang Snatch light x10

Every 2 Minutes:

Pause OH Squat (3s Pause at the bottom)

2 Sets of 3 Reps

2 Sets of 2 Reps

2 Sets of 1 Rep

Work up to heavy single

Every 90s for 8 sets:

Power Snatch + Snatch:

Start at 50% and build to a heavy complex – No misses
