Power Clean + High Hang Clean + Front Squat + Strict Press
Clean + 2 Front Squats
3s pause in all 3 reps
3 sets of 3 reps @ 70% of 1RM Clean
2 sets of 3 reps @75%
1 set of 3 reps @ 80%
Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
Barbell Cycling:
Every 3 Minutes perform 10 squat cleans* at 60% of 1RM Clean
