15 Goblet squats

7/7 Side plank rotations

Back Squat (E4min x 4 sets: 4 reps 80%)

*rest 60-90sec before SP

**Within the 4min you must complete BS and SP. This time frame also includes optimal rest time.

Shoulder Press (4 sets to build 4RM)

**Quickly warm up to a moderate weight before first set begins

*If able try to share Axle bar here
