Squat Snatch (EMOM x 10: 1 SS + 1 HSS Light-moderate)

Snatch Pull (E1:15 x 4: 2 reps @ moderate-heavy)

3sec Pause at knee back to floor + 1 Snatch Pull

Front Squat (E2min x 3: 8 reps (Reps 1 & 2 @32X1)
