Muscle Snatch (4 sets to build to 40-45% of 1RM (5 min))

1 Muscle Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance

*everyone’s first set is with a bar

Squat Snatch (10 sets: 1 PS + 1 HSS @ 57-65%)

*Working on peak relative power. Move the bar with maximum explosive power

*b/t sets 1-5: banded lat stretch w/pivot step, 2/side hold for 3 sec

*b/t sets 6-10: internal/external pivot step: 5-10#, 5/side

Back Squat (E2min x 3: 4 reps @moderate-heavy, 80% or higher)
