10 Walking Lunges

10 Cossack Squats

10 Inchworm to Up Dog to Down Dog

10 Scap Push-Ups

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

7 Min/Station: 1 Min Rest btwn Stations.

1.) MAX Step-Ups

2.) 7 Pike Push-Ups + 7/7 Russian Twists

3.) 7 Box Jumps + 7/7 Renegade Rows

4.) 7 Box Dips + 7/7 Atomic Planks

5.) MAX Lateral Step-Ups
This is a 40 Min TOTAL workout!! 5 Stations. 7 Min per Station. 1 Min Rest btwn stations. It only reads “5 Rounds” in the title for scoring purposes — 5 separate places to record your reps for each station.
