10 Flared elbow scorpion

20-30sec Supine torso raise

Skill

3 sets:

8-10 Prone Towel/PVC BN pulls

4-5 Towel climbs

5 Kang Squat or Sit to stand

Metcon (Time)

For time:

100 OH Squat + Sotts press

80 Inverted Row

60 Dips

40 Donkey Kicks
*OH Squats- Use Light bar, PVC or towel.

*Inverted Row- Use towel- watch youtube video.

*Dips- Use chairs

*Donkey kick- Any elevated surface that’s about knee height.
