Warm-up (No Measure)

WARM UP:

2 minute’s Monostructural movement of choice

Wall calf stretch x1min/side

30 sec walk on toes

R arm bent over row: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x2 sets (KB, DB, or backpack with weight can be used for this)

30 sec walk in heels

L arm bent over row: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x2 sets (KB, DB, or backpack with weight can be used for this)

Strength

A1.)3×10/per side Dumbbell, Kettlebell, or weighted back pack/sandbag Cossack Squats, Rest 90 seconds between sets

A2.) 3×8/side Powell raise in side plank position
