15 Scap Pushups

10/10 Arm circles forward/reverse

Metcon (Time)

For time, 1-10 reps of:

Pack Bear Hug Squats or Zercher DB hold

Lunge/Lunge (with pack or Zercher DB hold)

Burpee

Accessory

4 rounds for quality:

15 Prone YTA (w/ obstacles)

8 Supine Torso Raise (each w/ 5sec holds at top)

10/10 Single Leg Elevated Glute Bridge (each w/ 4sec holds at top)
