10 Plate ground to overhead (25/15#, this can be done with any external load such as a back pack with books in it, or a moderate sized rock)

10 PVC pipe feet together good morning (or a broom stick)

10 PVC pipe feet shoulder width stance good morning

10 PVC pipe sumo stance good morning

10 PVC pipe pass throughs

Strength

Standing single arm strict press (this can be done with a KB, DB, or back pack with weight in it)

3×8 reps per arm. Rest 90 seconds between sets.

Metcon (Time)

3 RFT

20 pushups (scale option from knees)

30 air squats

40 second plank from elbows
