Warm-up (No Measure)

2 minute’s Monostructural movement of choice

Jumping Jacks: 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off x 2 sets

R arm bent over row: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x2 sets (KB, DB, or backpack with weight can be used for this)

L arm bent over row: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x2 sets (KB, DB, or backpack with weight can be used for this)

Strength

3×8/per side Dumbbell, Kettlebell, or weighted back pack/sandbag Cossack Squats, Rest 90 seconds between sets

Metcon (Time)

10 RFT

100m run (roughly 25-35 seconds)

10 Jump Squats or air squats (RX+ wear weight vest)

35 Double under’s or 45 single under’s
