Warm-up (No Measure)

2 Rounds:

40 Jumping Jacks

30 Mountain Climbers

20 Walking Lunges

10 Plank Up Downs

Metcon (Time)


Heart = Burpees

Diamond = Single-leg V-Ups

Club = Chair Dips

Spade = Jumping Lunges
Perform the designated exercise for the number of reps indicated on the card. Use these reps for face cards: Jack = 11; Queen = 12; King = 13; Ace = 14. Try not to dilly dally! Draw a new card immediately after you finish the previous exercise.

To make this workout more fun, perform with a partner via your preferred method of video conferencing ☺ Partners alternate drawing cards and performing the exercise. If you do it on your own, you will perform 104 reps of each movement. If you do it with a partner, you will do about 52 reps, depending on your luck!
