Warm-up (No Measure)

60ft bear crawl

60ft crab walk (feet forward)

2 wall walks + 10 shoulder taps (or rocks)

5 kipping swings on bar or rings


7min to accumulate as much time in a Free standing handstand as possible:

****Choose one station that best fits your ability****

-Kick up to wall, attempt to keep feet away from wall (time only counts when feet are NOT touching wall)

– Kick up to barbell in rack, then attempt to keep calves off barbell

-Stack plates on floor, hands down placing forearms against plates, then kick up and accumulate time

-Partner assist

-No assistance

*If you accumulate 2min within the 7min time frame then rest till 7min is over
