-Kick up to wall, attempt to keep feet away from wall (time only counts when feet are NOT touching wall)

– Kick up to barbell in rack, then attempt to keep calves off barbell

-Stack plates on floor, hands down placing forearms against plates, then kick up and accumulate time

-Partner assist

-No assistance

*Attempt to accumulate 2min within the 7min or 30sec more than last week.
