6-8/leg Banded Zercher Split Squat @3312 (back knee 1-2″ from floor)

*rest 20-30sec b/t legs if needed

* rest 90sec b/t sets

Metcon (No Measure)

20min EMOM

1. 40sec Plank up downs

2. 15 Wallballs

3. 8/8 Banded (around post then wrap around wrist) + DB SA Bent row

4. 12 Burpees

HIIT
