1) Find an accountability partner.
2) Check in with them everyday.
3) Plan workouts. Get excited about them! Strategize how to attack it.
4) Workout together on Zoom, or FaceTime, or just text each other about getting started and finishing.
5) Don’t let them down! They are counting on you! And some days, you will count on them.
